I hear the voices of the rain wisper
drip drip drip
they call to me louder
splash splash splash
I see the lights of the candles of the night
shinning dimly on the street like a veil
as I look at the guards of nature
the trees show their magnificence and protection
in their night appearence as the column poles of the forest
using the leaves of the branches as a cloak of security
as the creatures of the small live peacefully in the palace of mother nature
it's cold it's wet and now it is time for me to go to my place of rest
as I lay my head and close my eyes I will soon see the maker
who has the greater and more peaceful palace
but all things of beauty just as his creation down on earth that once had beauty for this...
this is a place of heavenly beauty
